a lovely stay with great food

excellent seafood spacious room meticulous cleaner

i spent several nights here. the food was great across all dining venues. i especially loved the seafood at fisherman restaurant. my room was also quite spacious and very well maintained by the cleaner.

attentive staff relaxing pool mosquito problem unclean cutlery

the adult only pool was very peaceful. the blue shirt staff were very attentive! essam at the pub created a special non-alcoholic cocktail for me. wael at the sea breeze surprised me with a birthday cake when he found out it was my birthday.

mosquitoes were everywhere, and repellent did not deter them. my partner and i got many bites, the hotel seemed to lack effective deterrents. the cups and cutlery did not seem properly washed. i got gastro problems and i think unclean cutlery caused it. i was sick from the first day to leaving

wonderful stay with great snorkeling

multiple pools friendly lifeguard professional staff

i liked the multiple pools this hotel offered including adult only pools. lifeguards were friendly and professional at the relax pool. the staff at the pool bar made iced coffee and mojitos. the jetty provided access to the sea for snorkeling and swimming where i saw many fish.

the hotel map was a bit outdated and confusing and i struggled to find my way around initially.

the hotel had its own private beach making snorkeling and diving accessible. it featured an abundance of fish and coral for viewing right off the shore. the gardens are well maintained with flowers that provide peaceful walks.

the resort included three restaurants that provided diverse dining choices. the gym offered equipment for workouts. shops located on site sold various items. the spa had several treatments available for relaxation.

Excellent Hotel Experience

infinity pool delicious food night entertainment consistent wi-fi

The infinity pool was a great spot. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. I enjoyed the terrace with its view and the night entertainment. Wi-Fi worked consistently throughout the resort, very convenient.

Some minor delays occurred at check-in because of the many guests arriving at the same time, though the staff managed it efficiently.

Our Family Room was clean and spacious, stocked with fresh water and a replenished mini-bar. The room was well-kept, with towels replaced, though the upkeep could be improved. The air conditioning worked very efficiently.

The staff was amazing, particularly Ibrahim at the front desk, who was helpful with our late check-in. Emma and Amy in Guest Relations assisted with restaurant bookings. Mostapha in the dive center arranged a tour. Staff members were helpful.

mixed feelings about the stay

noisy doors poor service

the hotel offered restaurants with high quality food for breakfast lunch and dinner.

i found a problem with doors near the room these mechanic doors were always open the wind made them slam it was very noisy and annoying reception did not address it for days it disrupted my sleep.

the food variety was excellent, and the staff was attentive. ibrahim at the front desk efficiently explained everything during our late check-in. emma and amy from guest relations were also very helpful. mostapha from the dive center organized a wonderful tour to ras mohammed with safety.

the hairdryer in the room was quite weak, so bringing your own is advisable.
